How and Where do we deliver?

We deliver worldwide. The cost of shipping depends on the weight and the location.  We use a Royal Mail as a carrier.  In the USA and other parts of the world Royal Mail uses their local partners to deliver to your door.

Good to know

All UK delivery options are fully tracked and we’ll email you a link to your tracking information once your parcel has been shipped from our warehouse.

Just one more thing…

We aim to meet these delivery times but do bear in mind that all our products are hand assembled and hand made so there may be some delay, and during busy periods (including sale) deliveries may take a little longer. Occasionally tech updates to our systems or force majeure events, such as extreme weather conditions, will mean that these delivery services aren’t available, or that order cut-off times need amending and/or delivery times need to be extended. However, we will always work hard to keep these temporary changes to a minimum. Ariike Studio cannot be held liable for any parcels that are lost or stolen as a result of any specific delivery instructions left for the carrier or provision of wrong address or wrong name of addressee.

The normal delivery time from the package has left our warehouse is:

  • 2 working day to the United Kingdom
  • 5 working days to Europe
  • 9-11 working days to the remaining destinations

RETURN POLICY

Thank you for your purchase.  We hope you are happy with your purchase.  However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for store credit or exchange.  Please see below for more information on our return policy.

RETURNS POLICY

All returns must be postmarked within 7 days of your receipt date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.

RETURN PROCESS

To return an item, please email customer service at sales@ariikestudio.com to let us know. To return the item, place it securely in its original packaging and include your proof of purchase and mail your return to the address in the email we send to you.

PLEASE NOTE THAT YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ALL RETURN SHIPPING CHARGED.  WE STRONGLY RECOMMEND THAT YOU USE A TRACKABLE METHOD TO MAIL YOUR RETURN.

REFUNDS

After received your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange.  Please all at least 7 days from the date of receipt of your item to process your return or exchange.  We will notify you by email when you return has been processed.

EXCEPTIONS

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

For defective or damaged products, please contact us at the contact details below to arrange a refund or exchange.

Please Note:

Sale items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned

Item must be in original condition, unused and must not be soiled, torn or degraded in any way.
