Returns & Exchanges
Each Ariike Studio piece is handmade in limited quantities or made to order at our London studio using carefully sourced materials, deadstock fabrics, and reworked textiles. Because of this, we do not accept returns for refunds.
If something is not quite right, we are happy to offer:
- Exchanges
- Adjustments or alterations
- Store credit / gift voucher
Requests must be made within 7 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible, garments must be returned unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition.
As a small independent studio, customers are responsible for:
- The cost of returning an item to Ariike Studio
- Shipping costs for exchanged or adjusted items sent back to the customer
Please note that many Ariike Studio pieces are one-of-a-kind or produced in very limited runs, which means exact replacements may not always be available. Where this happens, we will work with you to find the closest possible alternative, adjustment, or offer store credit.
